We need EVERY STCE Cross Country parent's help!

St. Charles East hosts the 2008 IHSA Sectional meet, the second meet in the State Series. We need your help running this year's Sectional!
Parent participation is extremely important. We estimate that we will need over 60 St. Charles East parents to help with this meet. Parent volunteers will keep the course clear of cars for runners, direct visitors to parking, sell t-shirts and concessions, help with the start and finish lines, hand out water, and, of course, cheer on the athletes!

We need parents:

• LOTS and LOTS of parents to help with concessions, road safety, parking, runner safety, start and finish.
• 8:15 start for concession workers, 8:30 for all others.

PARKING:
Parking will be in short supply. PLEASE CARPOOL if possible. Volunteers - please arrive by 8:30 am to get a parking spot.

If you are arriving after 9:30 a.m., you will probably be asked to park further East on Dean Street at an office complex. Watch for signs and volunteers. Please allow 20 minutes to walk from the office complex to the starting line area.
